2. USERS
Access and/or use of this Education Abroad Sevilla portal confers the status of USER, who accepts, upon said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use set forth herein. These Conditions shall apply regardless of the General Conditions of Contract that may be binding.

educationabroadsevilla.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to Education Abroad Sevilla or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content.

As a result of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which they shall be responsible, and they undertake to use it diligently and confidentially. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that the Digital Wolf IT Solutions that created the website offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to (i) engage in illicit or illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in support of terrorism or in violation of human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Digital Wolf IT Solutions that created the website, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. In any case, Education Abroad Sevilla shall not be liable for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

Education Abroad Sevilla complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulations implementing the Organic Law, and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data. The relationship between Education Abroad Sevilla and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
